But it\u2019s slowly rising to the mainstream scene and you might be able to find a place if you do your research.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>When it comes to the calories burned, squash takes the top spot <\/strong>as<a href=\"https:\/\/www.livestrong.com\/article\/314698-how-many-calories-are-burned-playing-squash\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\"> you can burn almost 1000 calories per hour<\/a>. It works every muscle and is easy to do at your home.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Of course, you don\u2019t need to get in an actual fight to practice your kickboxing.&nbsp; <strong>Installing a punching bag and wearing bandages to prevent ankle and wrist injury will be enough. <\/strong>You can do it at your home or a nearby gym.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It&#8217;s an intense workout and can wear you out quickly.
